In line with the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) guidelines, every accredited institution is required to establish an Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) to maintain and enhance quality post-accreditation. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC integrates into the institution’s framework, dedicated to achieving quality improvement and sustainability goals. The primary aim of the IQAC is to develop a system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic actions that enhance both academic and administrative performance. Additionally, it promotes measures to ensure institutional functioning is geared towards quality enhancement by internalizing a quality culture and institutionalizing best practices. At SIET, the establishment of the IQAC is a commitment to improving processes and systems.
