SOFT SKILL TRAINING
SOFT SKILL TRAINING
As part of our Soft Skills Training Program, we conduct focused Group Discussion (GD) sessions, Mock Interviews, and Quantitative Aptitude training to holistically prepare students for campus placements and recruitment processes. Group Discussion sessions are designed to enhance students’ communication skills, logical reasoning, teamwork, leadership qualities, and confidence—key competencies assessed by recruiters during initial screening rounds. Students are trained to articulate their ideas clearly, listen actively, and contribute constructively in group settings. Mock Interview sessions bridge the gap between classroom learning and real corporate interviews by familiarizing students with interview formats, commonly asked technical and HR questions, and recruiter expectations. Through repeated practice, students learn to manage interview anxiety, handle unexpected and pressure-based questions, structure their responses effectively, justify their viewpoints, and maintain professional composure. In addition, structured Quantitative Aptitude training strengthens students’ numerical ability, analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, speed, and accuracy, which are critical for written tests, online assessments, and elimination rounds conducted by leading companies. Together, these integrated training initiatives ensure that students are well-equipped with the communication, analytical, and professional skills required for successful placement outcomes.
