M.Tech VLSI course is exclusively designed for students who wish to pursue their research in the field of Electronics and Communication. Students strengthen their foundation in both hardware (VHDL) and also software(Verilog programs) and design embedded systems.

M.Tech in Computer Science course is exclusively designed to meet the aspirations of engineers who have an aptitude to design algorithms catering to a variety of applications.

M.Tech in Computer Aided Design of structures is mainly intended for students who have specialized in  Civil Engineering. These students who have limited computer knowledge are made to strengthen their knowledge pertaining to Design and use the same for carrying out innovative projects.

All the M.Tech degree courses primarily focus on strengthening the core fundamental knowledge and also put them to use in ontological applications.

Unlike undergraduate course, there is a limited intake for each of the M.Tech programs. This in turn allows faculty members to dedicate themselves whole heartedly to bring the research potential of students to the fore. The students would be able to not only take up a job of their expertise but also be in a position to become expertise but also be in a position to become entrepreneurs and provide jobs.

These students may work in industries such as structural engineering, VLSI design, embedded systems, artificial intelligence, and software development, taking on roles in research labs, R&D departments, or academia.
